

A valid credit card is required at the time of signing the contract for the security deposit (10% of the vehicle’s value; this deposit may vary depending on the insurance/coverage selected, and your card will be blocked for the amount determined by the rental company). The card’s issue date must be more than one year old. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract.
The credit card presented for the security deposit should be the same one used for payment. If it is not the same card, please note that a verification charge of 10 MXN will be made to confirm that it is active; this amount will be refunded the following day.
Digital or virtual credit cards are not accepted for payment of our services, as there is currently no way to verify their validity. It is also recommended to use the same card for both the reservation payment and the security deposit.
The final payment at the end of the rental may be made in cash or by credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Banamex, BBVA Bancomer, Banorte, Santander, HSBC, and Scotiabank).
